Today Dutch copyright organization Buma launched the Fair Play license. They charge blogs for embedding. It’s like calling Vinnie Jones an elegant soccer star. Read more on it here.This new law would mean the death of blogs like this. Of blogs thatpromote culture and don’t make any money out of it. I hope Buma won’tsend me a bill.

Is dat niet alleen voor sites die geld verdienen? (Die firma is zo onduidelijk dat ik als songwriter er alweer bij opgestapt ben.)

@Jan: die firma is zo onduidelijk omdat ze graag willen dat jij als songwriter opstapt. De Buma’s en de Stemra’s en soortgelijke clubs zijn er vooral om de Grote Jongens van geld te voorzien, niet voor jou als beginnende songwriter.
